SaneBox works with an existing mailbox and organizes incoming email into folders based on importance and user training. Its tools include low-priority filtering, newsletter collection, sender blocking, snoozing, reminders, daily digests, AI summaries, and reply drafts that users review before sending. It is a hosted service for people who want to keep using their normal email client while reducing inbox work. SaneBox states that it does not store full message bodies and that its optional AI features can be disabled.
