Overview
Grok is xAI’s hosted assistant, available on the web and in mobile apps with conversations, voice interaction, file analysis, image generation, and video generation. The official documentation also describes connectors that let Grok work with selected email, file, calendar, and business services. Users sign in through the service and use it as a managed application; the chat product itself is not self-hostable. xAI also provides APIs and developer tools for building applications around its models for end users and developers.
