Sourcery reviews pull requests and merge requests on GitHub and GitLab, producing summaries, inline comments, and suggested changes. Its current product also scans repositories for security issues, secrets, infrastructure and dependency risks, and offers reviews inside supported IDEs. The official repositories include public integration and editor source under MIT, including the VS Code extension. The hosted review engine and packaged product are not presented as open source, so the product is classified as closed source despite its public repositories. It is intended for software teams that want automated review feedback.
