Overview
Reflect is an open-source, local-first note-taking app built around a folder of Markdown files. It opens to daily notes, supports wiki links and backlinks, indexes notes locally, and can sync through iCloud or a Git remote that the user controls. The app also supports audio memos, web capture, and optional semantic search. AI features are optional and use a provider key supplied by the user, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or OpenRouter. Reflect Open is distributed as an MIT-licensed desktop application with an iOS companion, and the repository can be built from source. It is intended for personal knowledge management and linked notes.
