Overview
WRITER is an enterprise platform for building and delegating AI work across marketing and revenue operations. Its current product includes WRITER Agent, playbooks, skills, brand voice and style controls, web research, knowledge graph grounding, connectors, meeting intelligence, and campaign workflows. The platform is proprietary SaaS, with administration, identity, governance, guardrails, and enterprise integrations. WRITER also publishes Palmyra models and an open-source Writer Framework, but those are separate from the closed platform itself; the framework is listed as a related SDK.
