Overview
Stable Diffusion is a family of generative image models from Stability AI. The current product page describes Stable Diffusion 3.5 Large, Turbo, and Medium, with text-to-image generation, editing controls, and deployment through local infrastructure, the Stability AI API, cloud partners, or web applications. The official Stability-AI/generative-models repository contains model and inference code under an MIT license. Model releases can carry additional model-specific terms, so the repository license does not by itself describe every weight or commercial-use condition. It is used by developers, researchers, artists, and teams building image workflows.
