Mailbutler works inside Apple Mail, Gmail, and Outlook rather than requiring a separate inbox. Its productivity features include send later, reminders, tracking, signatures, templates, mail merge, shared notes, assignments, and team collaboration. The Smart Assistant can compose and reply to messages, summarize email, improve spelling and grammar, and find tasks. Mailbutler also describes Smart Follow-ups and Smart Automations that analyze email context or engagement to suggest follow-up work and trigger workflows. It is a proprietary extension service with a free trial and paid plans for continued AI and productivity features.
