Overview
QingYing is Zhipu's video-generation feature within ChatGLM. The official interface presents it as Ying AI Video Generation and places it alongside image generation, reading, agents, and other ChatGLM tools. Users can start from text or an image to create short video content in a Chinese-language consumer AI workspace. The public interface is accessed through ChatGLM rather than a local desktop package. Zhipu also publishes CogVideo, an Apache-2.0 open model repository originating from QingYing; that repository is an official model project, not the source code of the hosted service.
